Ruth Ann is a married mother of 6 and grandmother of 6. She operated a small town pharmacy with fabric and classes as a side business for 26 years. In 2013 she sold the pharmacy business and converted her store to "The Quilter's Clinic" where she offers fabric, classes and long-arm services as the primary business. She still does pharmacy work part-time for someone else and plays in the quilt shop on her days off. She enjoys designing bed-size art quilts that have the appearance of dimension and motion, especially Bargello style. She has written two books so far and looks forward to publishing many more.
